It is my goal to provide quality Estate Plans that will not fail my clients.  Many plans fail because they are outdated, not well thought out or are missing critical information. When estate plans fail conflicts that the client was trying to avoid surface or assets are lost to other families or worse, assets lost forever to the Statet. 

At J. W. Urech Law, we take the time to get to know your family and address all possible issues regarding your estate.  Our goal is to have a relationship with our clients so changes in our clients’ lives or in the lives of their loved ones are reflected in their plan.  We have a system to help people provide a loving plan for their loved ones so negative consequences can be avoided. 

Practicing Real Estate gives us a firm foundation on how to transfer real property in an estate.  Because this is one of the largest assets our clients have, we aim to make sure that their properties are handled according to their desires. In addition to Estate Planning and Real Estate, we practice Probate for those clients whose Will has to be probated to transfer their assets.  Whether you choose a Will packet or desire to have a Trust with the goal of avoiding probate the goal is the same; to make transferring assets to the next generation a smooth non-stressful process .

I am very excited about each area of law that I practice and hope to have the opportunity to educate my clients, assist  them with planning for their future, and properly transfer their property to the next generation when the time comes.
